Our casket sprays are hand designed with white roses, lace flower, mums, hydrangea, carnations, and interesting and unique greenery. Please call the shop to share your preference for colors and flowers.

Our Guarantee

Every order is important to us. We earnestly aim to please every customer with beautiful flowers and accommodating service. Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangements are hand made, we make every effort to fortify our floral products and ensure the quality, accuracy and beauty of our work. Many variables determine whether a flower will last as long as anticipated. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, then please contact us immediately and we will promptly take the appropriate action.

Substitution and Refund Policy

Substitutions: Occasionally we may have to substitute due to supply. When this occurs your bouquet will be slightly different than the one described on the website or social media.

Cancellation and Refunds: Generally, we do not issue refunds. We do evaluate all issues on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to have both recipient and sender happy with the flowers and ordering experience. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process, en route or delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please contact us at 240.415.8963 or by email at info@favflowers.com.

If an order has been placed that is out of our delivery area the system charges a $100 delivery fee as a warning flag that it is out of our area. If this goes unnoticed by the sender during checkout and the order is placed and subsequently they would like to cancel the order, a 5% cancellation fee of the total purchase amount is deducted from the refund. This covers the fees that are not refunded to us by our credit card merchant. The 5% cancellation fee may also apply to other cancelled orders that are not due to shop error.

 

Delivery Policy

Incorrect Address: Please ensure the recipient’s address is entered correctly on the order. A separate delivery fee will be charged to the credit card if the flowers have to be rerouted to a different location.

Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we normally deliver between 1-5pm Tuesday - Friday.

If No One is Home: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we may leave the bouquet in a safe place - the front porch, lobby, with a neighbor, etc. and then text the recipient. Please let us know if it is not acceptable to leave at the door.  During inclement weather we will use our best judgement.

Recipient May be Contacted: In some cases, we may text the recipient to ensure s/he knows a delivery has been made.
